Store Policies

     We offer the following Returns Policy: Carpenters Country Shop will refund or replace any Heritage Lace or C&F Enterprises items for any reason, as long as the products are returned within 30 days, in an unused condition and in original packaging.  We do not offer return shipping on any products for any reason other than manufacturer's defect.  Original shipping is non-refundable.  Carpenters Country Shop offers the same return policy for all items in the store, with the exception of custom made products.  Custom made products are only refundable in the event of a defect.  To arrange a return, please call 757-824-0483.  Carpenters Country Shop requires all returns to be arranged in advance.
